During the first consultation, I will gather information about your particular challenge. I will then take some time to create a guided meditation and writing prompt tailored to your healing journey. You can practice this guided meditation and writing inquiry at your own leisure. When you are ready, we will talk again to discuss what you experienced, learned from the guided meditation and writing.
