Prior Retreat Testimonials:
"My favorite thing about the retreat is that you created and provided a safe container. This included wonderful, safe, women who were willing to be vulnerable, but highly important was that you were so safe and non-judgmental and guided us with love and acceptance. That was A#1 for me.
I loved each and every exercise that really got to the heart of the issue. The poetry, guided meditations, writing and mandalas, sharing, and walking meditation. Each piece was so effective."

"The size of the group, the structure (and flexibility) of the sessions, the location, the food, and, most importantly, the wise and gentle guidance of Kaveri! This retreat brought me back to what is important: fixed time for self-reflection and rejuvenation with the support of like-minded souls."

"The retreat felt spacious, with enough time for personal reflection and group interaction and support. We began with each person setting her intention by way of introduction, which started the day off right. Kaveri carefully held the container of the day, gently guiding us through each activity. There was ample time to be alone with our thoughts, both indoors and outdoors. The quotes and poems that supported the writing prompts were thoughtfully chosen and everyone was able to draw meanings from them. The relaxed atmosphere and beautiful setting added to the day. I think Kaveri is a skilled facilitator, meditation leader, and guide and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and the retreats and classes she offers."

"Kaveri is a highly-skilled, loving person who creates a safe and inviting space for personal exploration of our shadow sides. Though our shadow side influences much of our lives, and contains many hidden treasures we would benefit from discovering, the truth is that we don't typically spend much time exploring it. One reason for this is that we often don't feel invited and encouraged by others to do so, and it can be scary to do alone. This is the gift Kaveri offers to those who attend this retreat: a unique opportunity to learn more about how to come into relationship with all sides of yourself, and to bring more compassion to these shadow parts in yourself as well as in others. The result is more peace with and more connections to all parts of yourself and to the rest of humanity as well."

"Kaveri has a beautifully compassionate ability to create a safe and loving space for women to explore what is blocking life's natural flow. It is a gift to be able to hold a loving space for people, and Kaveri does this with an ocean of wisdom, gentleness, authenticity, kindness, compassion and loving presence. It was lovely how after just a few hours of being together we had established a bond that when we all said goodbye we also expressed the wish that our paths would cross again. The retreat center in the Santa Cruz mountains was a delightfully peaceful sanctuary for healing."

"To someone considering this retreat I would say: go for it! This retreat was a gentle but powerful reaffirmation of self compassion and love that helped me reorient to a divine female energy that had gone almost entirely underground in my life. I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to empower themselves to address their shadow side and open to a more mindful life."

"If you're looking to spend some time to deepen your practice and to connect with others who are opening themselves up for deeper inquiry, then please consider this retreat. It is a safe space to explore with compassionate curiosity to your shadow parts. "
